Root Having trouble installing custom rom...

So I have the 1.2 bootloader and all the roms said do NVFLASH, so i did that.. idk what to do next after that.. When i run the promt it says it is not recognized as a internal or external command. Is there a way that i can just use cmw to get the rom on there??? or is it an important step that i am missing???
