Help Having trouble w/ my phone staying awake, plz help

My phone is set to time out w/in 1 minute, but it doesn't do it anymore, although it used to. I assume I have an app thats keeping my phone awake. Can anyone tell me a way to check which apps are keeping my phone awake rather than having to remove each one and reinstall. Thanks in advance. I hope this helps my battery life too.. With GPS, bluetooth off, I get 12hrs max w/ moderate use.
 
Its not a drastic issues since my uptime is 22:01:00 and my awake time is 9:20:00 so its not 100% wake time, but i know that the screen is not dimming on it own, etc.
 
Download System panel in market. You/it can monitor what apps are hogging all your batt juice :)
 
how do i get my screen to shut off after a certain period of time tho? I have it set for 1 minute, but it stays lit forever until i press the top button.
