I’m going to go out on a limb here and say we cannot assist you with this issue. We would love to help you, unfortunately you have not provided any information we can use in order to do so. Please feel free to repost with the carrier and model of the phone (The one you name does not exist) the closest thing I can come up with is the LG Spirit, but you stated it is an HTC phone. Please help us out so we can help you!
