HBO GO on GSM Nexus running Jelly Bean

Does HBO GO work on the Nexus running stock ICS? I put JB on mine and HBO GO doesn't show up in the play store. Could it just be because I'm running JB? Netflix and Hulu Plus both work however.

Yes, it worked on ICS. I trust it will be fixed on JB soon after JB is released for the Nexus.
 
Yes, it works flawlessly (for me) on 4.0.4. I take if from mogelijks post that it doesn't yet on JB. Here's more fingers crossed that they fix it for JB!

I wonder if it wouldn't run in JB, as is. Is there really any difference for apps in the way they run between JB and ICS? I'm guessing there is little that needs to be done, if anything, just that HBO hasn't tested the app on JB yet. My guess is it will be available for JB soon after it is officially released.

Perhaps they use a flash library to play videos. Flash isn't supported in JB.

No worries though. It took a few months for HBO to show up for ICS.
