Hi Charanya and welcome to Android Forums!
The HCL looks like another clone tablet. Not good, as Google Play likely isn't installed on it. You can go the Amazon App Store and download the Amazon Appstore for Android onto the tablet. It has many of the same apps as Google Play.
You will first want to go to Settings --> Security and make sure that Unknown Sources is CHECKED.
If you can find the .apk for the Google Play Store out there somewhere, you might be able to use a file manager to install it on the tablet... but I can't guarantee that it will work. Use extreme caution when installing apps from unknown sources, as you can end up with malware/spyware in a hurry!
