Root HD Youtube app?

Was wondering if there is an app so we can watch youtube apps in HD over 3g natively without always having to hit the option once the video starts up?

Some ROM's have it. I personally dislike it, since you aren't allowed as much 3G bandwidth around my area. But if your area has pretty good 3G (ex. 1+ Mb download), I say go for it.

Is there an apk of it floating around at all?
 
Awesome, next question. Is there an app for actually downloading youtube videos and saving them to the SD Card?
