Yes, the Vizio TV does have HDMI, and a cable for it, but both the ends look identical. How could that possibly fit into an Android phone?

Chromecast would be the obvious answer.... Otherwise it depends if your phone supports hdmi out (and you'd then need to buy an adaptor)
