Are you looking to mirror everything on the device, or just for a HUD for a speedometer?
If you are looking for a HUD speedometer, try this app...I use/used it for a bit
Ulysse Speedometer

If you are looking to mirror everything on the device, I'm not sure one exists but, hey, I could be wrong
