Apps Header/footer

I have begun to make an application, which is very similar
to an ordinary webpage. Now I want, in the application, trying
to make a header / footer, but the question is how. I

You could use a linear layout with three components stacked on top of each other, and making sure to make the top and bottom ones "fit to content" and giving the middle one more "weight".

Or did you mean that you want the header&footer to stay as you switch between different activities? I'm not on top of that one.
