Help Headphone - how to increase?

Using headphones is fine but I also connect mine to car radio via aux socket and it just isn't load enough.

I've tried a few apps on play but none of them seem to work.

Any suggestions? Do I need to root my phone first?

Try turning up the volume on your phone to maximum. I have to do that when I play my music from my phone through the car stereo.

I don't think the issue is with your phone. It is likely with your car stereo. I've plugged mine in to a number of different auxiliary inputs on cars, docks, HT receivers, etc. and volume has never been an issue.

If you want to increase the signal going to the aux in, though, buy a headphone amp. Might make whatever earbuds you are using sound better, too.

Yes, undoubtedly because its fine via headphones. BUT I would still like the facility to make it louder.
