So basically my s7 edge was fine for the first two weeks, my phone has taken a fall or two by the time it has been with me (3 months). So my left side of my earphone only works.
I searched about this problem, people said that it could be a pin inside the headphone jack. I also messed around with that, absolutely no luck. After all this i figured out that if i put my headphone cable in the headphone jack like 50% of it and bend it upwards or downwards a little
both sides worked but when i insert the headphone cable all the way in only the left side of the headphone worked, i need to fix that cause there's no way i can listen to music with 50% of the cable inside the jack. Can some please tell me what i can possibly do.
PS. I DO HAVE INSURANCE BUT I DO NOT WANT TO WAIT A WEEK OR TWO JUST FOR THIS PROBLEM
