My HTC amaze has a little bit of headphone jack issue, or so I believe. Here's the issue: when I have regular headphones plugged in they always tend to slip on just enough to create a disconnect. However, headsets (with microphone capabilities) tend to almost lock in and I do not have this problem. I noticed that the headphone plug is somewhat different than the headset plugs as they have only 2 black ring when compared to the headsets (3 black rings). I can assure you the headphones are in perfect working order. Is this a defect? and should it be covered under warranty?
