Help Headphone jack

Unfortunately, it looks like the headphone jack on my S3 is broken. I can only hear out of the left side of any set of headphones I plug in. You really have to mess with the cord to get the right side to work? Anyone know how much Verizon will charge to fix this or how long they will have my phone? I have insurance on the phone, but I'm assuming they still charge a fee?

Just call Verizon......you can ask them all these questions

I had the same problem and same symptoms with my Galaxy Note. At first I thought it was the aux cable I was using but after trying multiple cables the problem persisted. I ended up having to get a new phone (galaxy note also). haven't had any problems with this new phone.

Silly question but have you made sure the connector is pushed securely in. I have found that the jack needs firm pressure to get a good connection.
