Help Headphone Jack

When connecting a headset into the Headphone Jack, the connection doesn't seem tight. My Gnex used to really click and hold this phone just seems to barely hold the plug.

Is this common or does my jack have an issue?

I've only used it with one set of earphones, but the connection is very tight for me. Have you tried a different set?

Mine really snaps in hard Triton. So much that I was afraid I was forcing it too much the first time.

I have two different headphones that I use and they both fit tight. Try another pair and see if that helps.
