Hi everyone, I bought a new Samsung Galaxy Grand 2 last week. The phone seemed great, everything was working fine until I realized I was unable to answer calls when connected to a headphone. I tried many times but I am unable to hear the caller's voice when I connect my headphones and neither is my voice heard. Any solutions???
