Help headphones problems

Man i hope theres another widget to solve this problem cuz i always get this but im still on 2.1 using toggleheadset. There are two other less practical ways to deal with this: turn off your phone for 3-5 minutes before turning it back on and it shud be gone, or poke a headphone in there until it goes away. Like i said less practical but thats how i dealt with it before getting toggleheadset
