Accessories Headphones with mic and buttons?

Are there headphones with a mic and volume control buttons that are compatible with the X?

My Apple headphones don't work.

I ride a motorcycle occasionally, and my jeep has no doors, so wind and road noise are an issue. A buddy has something like this for his iphone and loves it. You can add about any headphones from what he said.
