Not with the Note2, but most headsets I've used on several handsets with an inline remote are compatible with Google Now. Long pressing the remote button activates the voice command options.
Any headset with in-line remote control will work, doesn't matter if its branded for apple product. Unless it's a specific Samsung headset, volume buttons will not work since those are designed for Apple only (special resistor values inside of the remote). But multi-function button works perfectly. Off the back, pressing it once will play/pause or pick-up/hang-up the call (if you have mic built into the remote). Long pressing it will activate Google Now so you can speak the command (but remember, you in-line remote needs a mic). Plus, to enhance the functionality get JAYS free app. It will enable double/triple clicking to control playback (skip next/prev) and also double click to decline the call or mute the line while on the phone.
It's all depends on your budget, what type of listening you're planning to do, wired or wireless headphones, basic sound or audiophile quality, etc. Please be more specific. For starters, look into my signature link where I reviewed a ton of accessories and gadgets, including a lot of wired and wireless headphones.
