Headset for Truckers Note 3

I have a Note 3. I am about to begin a driving career with Carter Express. What is the best headset to use so I can hear the other person and they can hear me? Also, something that will allow my phone to pick up my voice for voice commands.

I too drive, and the engine noise and vibrations are a bitch with bluetooth's. No speaker phone will work in a truck at all...
I have tried almost every headset out there.

I have had the best luck with the most current version of the Jawbone Era.
a good follow up would be the Blue Parrot over the ear with boom mic. but it's bulky and has poorer battery life, but easy to wear for long distances I have only seen the Blue Parrots sold at truck stops or online.
