Washington's website was pointed at as one of the good ones. It's been up and down for a week now.

Assuming you don't qualify for a subsidy there's no reason to use these websites. You can go direct to the insurer or a website like esurance.com.
 
Im not quite sure a news story touting that Obamacare may be a success because its not the first initial failure is really a good one.........

when you consider the examples it shows...... social security, medicare, and medicaid...... are all 3, despite inferred popularity, are all failures still

so what this article and you by proxy are saying is...... give obamacare a chance..... in several decades it too can be entirely inadequate and at the same time be a major source of bankrupting the country.... but hey maybe it can be popular among the lemmings
