Heart outline for a notification

What app has a white heart shaped outline notification? Like this

no idea.......it could be one of the million of apps and websites out there.

we get this everyday, and each time there usually no answer to this question.

the true way to find out is to just look at the notification on the phone. but in most cases the phone belongs to somebody else.

so you can do one of two things:
1. ask the person that owns the phone
2. cross your fingers and hope that someone here will recognize it.
