Help Hebrew on Droid 3

Hi

I am looking to buy a DROID 3 unlocked version made by Motorola from ebay
Will I be able to put hebrew on it so i can read and write SMSs?
If yes, how do i do this and do i need to root the phone

There are language packs available from Android Market which address those issues.. here's one such language pack:

Should be: Settings > Language & Keyboard > Select Language > Hebrew or עברית ... Assuming your phone supports Hebrew.

BTW my UK purchased Galaxy S didn't support Chinese(Simplified, PRC) until I added it.

Are you in Israel? If yes it shouldn't be a problem, provided your phone has Hebrew.

Many carrier's SMS services don't support foreign languages with non-Latin characters, like Hebrew or Chinese.

Can you explain the exact process please?
The phone is yet to be sold in Israel, however there is a working version of android developed by a cellular provider in israel which works on the original milestone.
Will this OS also work on the droid 3?
