Hi guys,

I am having this problem since I changed my phones glass cause it broke, but the thing is when the service guy changed it the home button is messed up cause I have to push it pretty hard so it will work so I need help on how to ease it. The guy told me it is normal to be like that but it has become pretty annoying lately. Please help.

Thank you in advance :)

Welcome albana!
Sorry about your issue there, but honestly I'd take it back to him and be a little more firm about repairing it correctly. The button should not be difficult to press as you stated.

Unless you feel comfortable taking it apart yourself, here is a guide on how to disassemble the S3:
Samsung Galaxy S III Teardown - iFixit
Samsung Galaxy S III Repair - iFixit

I'm not sure how to fix it without taking it apart again :(

I went and told me but he "took it apart and repaired it" 3 times so now I don't even have the nervs to go there and tell him again about it. :/

Ah, I can understand your hesitation ;)
Others may chime in here, but I see no other way to fix it shy of taking it apart again. :o

I'm not so sure that you can do much about it if the repair guy won't fix it. That part is not very accessible unless you're taking the front glass off.

You can install an app though provides a soft key home key, as well as menu and back buttons. I've used S3's where the whole bottom row was unusable, but the soft key apps worked like a charm.
