my htc sensation s did let me download apps but now it just wont! even if their from the android market :/ it comes up with the downloading arrow for a few seconds then it dissapears! ive only had the ohone for 2 weeks :'( please some one help me

Welcome aboard. If you haven't yet fixed this problem here's a troubleshooting tip you could try; Tap on Menu - Settings - Applications - More Applications - All - scroll down to the market app - clear data. All the best.

before doing a clear data, from the same screen as mentioned above I would try a "force stop" and if that doesn't work then do the "Clear Data" route.
