hello all

[daddydouglas]

I am very new to this and could use some help. I just rooted my HTC hero in order to set up WiFi tether. All is working fine on that end and there are no problems with my phone. However I have been looking into custom roms. My phone Modle is hero200 and I have firmware version 2.1, my phone is not slow but faster is better. Any suggestions?
