After many months, I have just managed to swap my iCantPhone for a HTC Desire. As Homer would say "woohoo!" The person I'm doing the swap with is a friend, although how long that will last remains to be seen.

Now, how do I get my numbers ready to put on my Desire before I do the exchange? Should I post this question on another part of the forum, or is there an FAQ that addresses the procedure?

The process of swapping phones is dependent, in part, on the carrier. Is both the iPhone and HTC Desire on the same network?

Yes, both on UK Orange network.

Theoretically if both cards have compatible SIM cards you should simply need to swap the two SIM cards.
