New user here, inclined to read more than post, but I thought a brief intro would be a good thing (especially since the little android robot at the top of the page REALLY wants me to do it! Cute touch!)
Been a PDA user for years (since the 1980s) - started with a couple of Sharp Wizards, then on to a variety of Palm devices. Read the tea leaves about a year ago, when my most recent Palm was dying, and decided it was time to do the convergence thing, and get an Android smartphone to replace the PDA. So I went for about 6 months with an Archos 43 tablet, to learn a bit before going "live" with an actual cell phone, and now have a new LG Spectrum (well, about 45 days).
I've actually been lurking and reading here since I got the Archos - but just decided to register - y'all are a wealth of information ...
Anyway - back to reading - everyone have a good day!
