Hello and help!

[Rubbersoul1234]

Hi. I'm new to smartphones and I am a bit lost setting up the email function. I have a Samsung Galaxy S and I am really happy with it apart from the email. I am on talktalk in the UK and I need a step by step guide from start to finish if anyone has one. Thanks for your help.
