Hello and welcome to Android Forums, eskiribitok. :)

I don't have any experience with an LG device, but I will try my best to assist you.
Have you tried using your data to update your device or does this require WIFI?
What do you have stored on the SD card? Any music, pictures, videos you could delete to make some space?

I update it using the (software update) and im using WIFI

What I mean is when I download apps it is stored in the system memory(157mb), other apps can not be moved in SD card(4gb) or Internal memory(1gb)

Hello eskiribitok and Welcome to the Android Forums! :) It's great to have you here! :D

It looks like at this time, that we're working on getting the LG Optimus L3 forums started, and they don't have the All Things Root Guide up. They are working on getting it put together on the All things Root part. You should hopefully be able to get more specific answers to your questions about your phone there.

If you have any questions Definitely feel free to ask away!
