Hey, my name is Rich. I've been an android user since the G1's release and loved it since launch!
My first phone is as stated above... the G1. Rocked it for 2 years and was reluctant to upgrade. I then found out about the wonderful world of "Root access" and custom firmware.
I decided it was time for an upgrade! I got myself a motorola CLIQ.
1 week later I bricked it....
I then sported my G1 for about 3 more months
I then got my hands on a samsung Vibrant and was pleased with myself. Another month passed and I couldn't help but want to root the phone and upload custom firmware. SUCCESS!! I was now running one of the first Axura custom roms
fast forward to today. I'm sporting a Samsung Vibrant, Axura Final (great rom!) and am pleased with my phone greatly.
I just moved from NY to PA... T-mobile is terrible out here; may switch to verizon. I'm always looking for fun new things to do to my phone and every google search ends up bringing me to this website. I've come to trust and rely on the information provided here as everyone seems to be knowledgeable and reliable sources. I finally decided to make a name and introduce myself.
