Hello everybody I have a problem and I need help with that! I have Alcatel One Touch 916, i have it already 1 year. Last night I turned off my phone, and this morning when I woke up, I tried to turn it on, but it comes to the part when I should type my pin, and somehow it starts all over again (it turns off, then it turns on, comes to the part with the pin, and it turns off and again and again until forever). Do you have any solution? I'm desperate! Please help me! Thank you!

@Tijana, that is a strange issue. Sounds like you might have to reset your device. Have you just tried taking out the battery for like 5 minutes then putting it back in and seeing what happens?
