My name is Brandon and I run a cell phone store in Urban, IL. Started a profile on here to help chip in where my knowledge is needed and hopefully get help where my knowledge is lacking.
I love rooting Androids and learning about all the Custom ROMs out there. I started with rooting probably around the end of 2007 or 2008 with my sony Xperia x10. AT&T was not going to be pushing out any updates past 1.6 so I decided that was unacceptable and turned to the trusty internet to try and figure some things out on my own.
I started to notice that learning about this rooting and custom software and manipulating phones to do what we the consumer want, I was hooked and having a blast doing it. I moved into jailbreaking iphones which was a nightmare at first for me. I bricked so many phones, lol, luckily I had a friend I worked with who was some kind of apple guru.
So in short I love cell phones and everything that comes with em. Hope to help you out as best I can.
