Just wanted to say hello, so I can get off the lurker list

I am fairly new with all the Android stuff and I found that this site helps me out tremendously with educating myself regarding the inner workings of the OS of my phone.
I just purchased my first "Smart" phone about 4 months ago and just completed my first root last week. So far so good. Now I am thinking what's next and What is my limitation? Is there anything that I may do that will make me fall out of grace with my carrier (Metro PCS)?
BTW, I have an LG Optimus+, so farr all I have done was install the Beats Audio drivers which required root. Not sure if I am daring enough to install anything more intricate such as a new OS... Only time and boredom will tell.
Please to meet you all and I am sure I will be visiting here alot and I ask for your patience ahead of time if some of the questions I ask may seem too simple. I am a total noob to this stuff
