Hello my name is Richard, I work for a small IT Support company in Dorking, Surrey, UK. We have been supporting mobile phones quite succesfully and occasionally we just need that little bit of extra help as even when we put all our heads together we do stuggle with Android phones.
So hi again, I'm sure i'll be on asking questions quite a lot from now on.
