hello eveeryone, just wanted to make this post:
bought my first android phone (SamsungeAdmire) the other day, actually bought it for my GF, since ive been a crackberry user since day 1.
Shes not the brightests when it comes to phones but after setting hers up for her i was thinking about buying one.
the next day she said she hated it, was too much phone for her, so reluctantly i traded phones with her, and mind you we are on the metropcs service which has been great for me since i started it last year.
its now been a few days since ive had this phone and i cant put it down..this afternoon i started wondering how to get rid of the bloatware and make it just a little bit faster.
so i came home, turned on the interwebs and youtubes and found i had to root my phone..so after about a few hours of searching, reading, and comparing i came to this site and found everything i needed to root my phone, kill bloatware, and convert from 1X to 3g all from this section alone ROCK
with that said, an hour and a half later im in my room, in an area near an airport and tall buildings where i would normally get spotty and slow reception, and now i have gone from 3019 to 3024, and and can see my phone is running 3G, and is now also considerably faster.
anyway blah blah blah, was just so stoked on the info i got here and how easy it was that i had to register and submit my feedback.
i will definitly be coming back. Thank you!
