I am in Illinois. I have a Galaxy S4 which I bought from eBay. The seller said it had only a tiny crack in the lower corner but when I received it, about 1/3 of the screen had long cracks. (But I am not here to discuss that unless anyone knows a good place to get it fixed).

Hi Tony

If you have a cell phone repair shop in your city they could probably fix it - check on Google, or the yellow pages, for any near you. Hope you're able to get it fixed!

That's why I dont use eBay or PayPal. I don't trust them nor respect them as a company.
