Hello ... Need some help

I do not know where to post so I am sorry if this is the wrong place.

I got an unlocked G1 from eBay, tried to update to 1.5 manually when after much reading it turns out I was running a Jesus Freke 1.41.

I downloaded the JF Updated App and updated to 1.51. Everything seems to be working well except the built in SMS.

Every time I start fill out the "to" box, a suggested drop down starts to populate, I select a value and the "to" box fills once, but the grey bar above show the same value two times causing every SMS to get sent twice.

Any one else have this problem?

This problem was reported before ... i dont remember the thread ... but you can do a search and should be able to find out what they are doing fro a work around ...

post was less that two week ago when you do an advance search ...
