Hello...noob here

Brand new to this android other then tinkering with a buddies. Your site looks to me to be a godsend...kudos. Quite frankly, this is a bit much phone for what I will primarily be using it for, but I look forward to learning/ contributing in this forum.

I started a 1st post and decided there are waaaaay too many things i need to learn to even put in one post. These are cliffs of my experience with cricket mobile customer service so far:

- Order online... overnight shipping turns into next day shipping mid week
- Problem with phone...can't get past email sign up
- Two days + 3.5 hrs. on phone w/ CS
- 1.5 hr drive to "Corporate store" (not in the best of areas mind you; cricket rep was easy on they eyes)
- all to find out wrong 4 digit programming # was given to me 2 days earlier

I'm not bothered so far....this Ascend Android is fabulous IMHO

I appreciate any and all patience as I work through this learning curve. Looking forward to meeting you guys/gals.

Right on. I've been lurking for a few days. There is so much info on this site. I'm presently deciding if i want to root my phone or not....off to read
