Hello, my name's Rae. I joined this forum in 2012 when I first switched over to android; had an HTC Evo and loved it just as is so only read a lot of posts. I never felt the need to root or flash a custom rom but I always found the threads for my phone interesting and insightful, however had the phone for over a year and never a problem. So I am back now with a LG Optimus F7 on the Boost Mobile network. I am more comfortable with Androids now so I've already rooted my phone, right out of the box actually (and yes I did do a backup). I consider myself somewhere past being a novice when it comes to phone tech stuff but way off from being a true techie (however I follow instructions pretty well so ya know 
)
Since I have worked as a mod on another forum years back, I just want to take the time to thank all the mods here for their time and dedication they put into this forum. I hope to learn much here and really use my phone to its full potential.
