I just wanted to give out one of my own strange suggestions/practices..bare with me:

The better our Androids have became the powerful they get that means they've have bigger power/data source..so now we are in the 5G era..whether we want or not that has an impact on us because of the radiations(even seems like noone has the last word)..and this is where I'm aiming with my suggestion/advise to yall..

I've been appling a couple of aluminum foil tape layers in the back of my phone..and that works wonders and it does shield the radiations & waves..I've tested it..then again it's at each one of yall discretion whether yall want to put it in practice or not but it has worked out for me..we all love our Androids but i love my health & sanity first..

For those interested to know how i tested the efficacy of the foil aluminum tape:
I did the same with a pair of Beats headphones i have..then I've noticed right off at first after i cover the areas with the tape and tried to listen to some music & watch a movie they were having a hard time to communicate with my phone and it took about a whole day for that wireless connection to become stable..

So there it is..thats my finding.

TL/DR: don't worry, be happy

I was lead instructor for a Navy course on electromagnetic compatibility. A big part of the course was radio frequency radiation safety and ensuring barriers around transmitting antennas were at a sufficient radius. Around that same time, a LOT of research went into the health effects of cell phone usage. This was back in the early days of mobile phones.

The bottom line is that 3G, 4G, 5G... are all a matter of data throughput and bandwidth - the real issue is cell phone transmitter power and proximity to sensitive tissue. Unless a person is literally on their phone, making calls, almost every waking moment of the day, with the phone right up against their ear, there is little to no long-term health risk. I rarely use my phone against my ear for calls: preferring to either use speakerphone or keep the phone in my belt holster and use my Bluetooth earbuds for calls.

Doesn't the Bluetooth headset or earbud have its own transmitter? Yes... but each earbud's battery (at least on my Sony WF1000-XM5) is rated at 0.366Wh, which provides an insignificant transmit power level for even all-day use (they only last 4-6 hours before charging, however).

Suffice it to say that the casual use of a mobile phone, even with Bluetooth earbuds or headset, has little more effect on the human body than the ambient radio frequency radiation bombarding us all day, every day - especially in congested urban areas. There are a lot of health issues plaguing our bodies in the 21st Century: inflammation and free radical damage being the two most responsible for aging and disease. No offense intended for our well-meaning OP, but agonizing over cell phone radiation is much like rearranging the deck chairs on the Titanic. As a (female) Chief Warrant Officer once told me, "don't sweat the petty stuff... pet the sweaty stuff". In other words, take care of the really critical issues.
 
yall can laugh all you want..dont let the devil catch you with your pants down..and one day in the near future don't be saying some smart guy didn't warned you about it when you start with some rare case of cancer..i did my tests on it and it does work..

the such chief mentioned he used to work in radio activity health issues in the earlier stages of the cellphone era..THATS WHEN THE CELLPHONES DIDN'T TRANSMIT INTERNET THROUGH THEM..now it's a totally different artifact..you can't compare..that isn't a very smart thought..thats like saying the toaster oven is the same as a microwave..no it's not..

any way..then again, i warned & shared & did my part.
 
...in fact i had to do some changes yall can notice because the aluminum is very powerful wether you want to believe or not..to the point with the first setting it wasn't allowing the cellphone to communicate with the S Pen..so in this current setting i had to create a gap so the S Pen & the cellphone can bridge with each other and didn't have that issue of communication and that worked flawlessly.

That's fine, Xavier, if it works for you: my point is simply that the cell phone's transmitter is the same whether it's relaying cellular voice communications or data. If it's connected to Wi-Fi, it uses even lower power because it's not trying to reach a tower several kilometers away but a router a few meters away. Let the reader consider both the point and counterpoint, and then take action as desired.
