Hello world! Need some help.

As the tittle says I'm new to the world of android developing and I'm learning how to work with android studio right now, so I'm having a big issue I want to develop an app to wake up the phone when you get an incomming notification, something similar to the one on the iphones, so I still donw know how to start, and I come here hoping to find some help.

By default, android phone auto wake up on incoming notification, if you mean unlock screen, you can check up this post
