First of all, I have a confession to make, I used to be an I-Phone Fan-Boy...yes it's true, I had the first one ever relased and then onto the 3G, jailbroken ect.
Funny thing is I've always been a avid Linux user and open source supporter in all aspects.
Now that were done with that! A lot of time has passed since my I-Phone phase and I've been using crap cell phones until I recently decided to pickup a deal from T-Mobile on the My Touch 4G (It was free, I mean come on) and so I'm back.
I run a dual boot Win 7/Linux Mint 11 (I hate the new unity desktop otherwise it would be Ubuntu) currently on my laptop (Intel Core i7, 8GB, LED Ect) and will be running the preloaded O.S on the MyTouch until I get things figured out, rooting ect, I will admit I'm a little new to the android O.S but since it's based off linux, it shouldn't be a problem.
Anyway, very happy to be here, can't wait to start learning and hope I can contribute in any way possible!
