My name is Biff, and I am here because so far I have been unable to find any worthwhile USER manual for ICS.
I was a SAS programmer for many years, and worked extensively on IBM mainframes running the MVS operating system. I usually don't feel like a dummy, but I'm finding myself unable to do some things on my Android 4 tablet that seem like they should be very easy. I'm not a big windoze fan, and I really don't like MS very much, but that's all I've been using because that's what corporate America uses.
I'm using a Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.0+ wifi, and a LG Esteem cell phone. I don't want to program either, just to use them skillfully. I hope I can find some of my answers here. I am astounded that this OS doesn't seem to have a good user manual !
