Hello Everyone on the Android Forums. I have had my Droid X for 2.5 weeks and am loving it. I had an LG NV prior to the Droid X and I don't know how I got along without a smart phone for so long.

I am on the forums to learn how to use my phone to it's full potential and maybe customize it some. I am not technically challenged, but I am not a technical expert either.

I am glad to have found the forums and will be checking in from time to time, mainly from work (night shift, 12 hours), and lurking to start and join in some conversations as I can.

I'm a Communications Specialist with a Level 1 Trauma Center. I basically dispatch Security Officers, monitor Fire Alarms, elevator phones, Emergency Phones around the hospital campus and tell people how to get the the hospital. When I'm not doing that, I also dispatch the medical helicopter (soon to be two), the adult critical care ambulances and the children's hospital ambulances.

Been doing it for just over two years. Before that I worked as an EMT on ambulances for two different private companies. I like what I'm doing much better.
 
True. Well, I was off of work for Wednesday night, and I'm off work on Thursday night, then got to work a three night weekend. I think I'll get some sleep, then work on the yard if it doesn't start storming before I wake up.
