New member here! Hello everyone! I am a longtime Blackberry user who just switched to the Epic. It is a fun phone but I do have problems with it. Often when opening a browser it tells me there is no internet connection even though I show 3 or more bars. This doesn't go away until I take the battery out and put it back in. Then it works for awhile but goes out again.

My wife has the EVO and she can't send pictures. She has tried numerous ways. So it is a learning experience for us both.

I am glad to have found this forum and hopefully you can all help me figure this all out!

Is the 3G/wifi on and on the notification bar for the Epic? With the Evo, is the 3G ON and wifi OFF?

*just trying to eliminate the basics*

Thanks for helping! In both cases wi-fi is off and 3g is on with signal strengthh solid.

Do other internet items work on either phone (such as google talk or the market)?
