The Apad is a Chinese knockoff tablet. Unfortunately it only supports a limited number of broadband adapters. If you happen to possess one of these adapters you need to connect into the USB Host port on the tablet.
In the above example the USB host port seems to be along the bottom long axis of the tablet when held in Landscape mode...
