Hi everyone - just bought a HTC Wildfire and I'm a real idiot where mobile phones are concerned, this is the only phone change I've had in 10 years, so you can imagine how I am struggling to do all the things the shop told me would be easy?

I'm hoping you will be kind to this old foggie when I start asking simple Qs?
