i think my boyfriend has lock me out on my phone. since 3 days now it kept on saying NO SERVICE. there is this sign at the top that says ''you have lost data connectivity because you.....i can't see the rest.
i don't know much about tech. i have all the info and receipt in case it is needed.

Which handset do you own? If you pull the notifications bar down at the top, is there anything which gives more detail on the error message?

Also, what did your boyfriend do? You could try taking the SIM out, then re inserting.
