You'll have to tell us exactly which phone you are having problems with. Generally, if you pull the battery and restart the phone and it doesn't fix the problem, you may need to perform a full factory reset. If after that the problem persists, it's most likely a hardware fault and you'll have to get your phone repaired or replaced.
