I want to introduce myself, I am PhdGirl2015, and this is my first smartphone.

This is a great phone, but it's so overwhelming with all these features. My previous was the LG Chocolate Touch and it was such a great phone. The only issue I had with it was always having to synch my music files on Rhapsody.

What phone have you got? Every phone has it's own little idiosyncrasies so it's best if you looked in the device forum for your specific model. If you have any trouble finding it, just let us know and we'll point you to it.
